Damages Resulting from ShippingFriends and Gems Inc. takes great care to package all shipments to avoid damage to products, but there may be rare occasions where your shipments arrive with damage. If any of the products in your order are damaged, please notify within 10 business days of purchase date. We will need to have photographic proof of damages to allow us to process the appropriate replacement or refund.
Return Policy
During the existing COVID-19 pandemic, the recommendations from the Health Officers are for businesses not to accept any exchanges of products once they leave the retail outlet. This recommendation is to protect the spread of the virus.
